Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region has been a customer of Metroland Business Machines since 1996. We are extremely satisfied with the level of excellent service of our office equipment, which is housed in several of our facilities. In April 2015, we took our relationship with Metroland to a whole new level when we were seeking a mail machine at Trinity Headquarters, which now allows our staff to utilize on-site mail processing of promotional material, newsletters and general correspondence to our supporters, without having to wait in long lines at the post office. It seems like an easy addition to any organization…but it was a big step in streamlining administrative services at Trinity. Metroland not only provides a quality customer experience, by making each client feel valued with each interaction, but they have also taken the initiative to learn more about Trinity Alliance and what we do by developing that client relationship into a greater support of our overall mission and vision.
