  • Maintain office equipment.
  • Properly store paper.
  • Make sureYour internet connected IS, IN, or IX series Quadient/Neopost mailing machine should automatically download and activate new rates anytime they are available.
  • If the rates do not update, or to be sure, simply go to the ONLINE SERVICES menu on your mailing machine and place a GENERIC CALL to Quadient USA’s server.
  • The download will take no longer than three minutes and the mailing machine will automatically switch to the new rates when they become effective.
  • Your equipment communicates directly to us when supplies are needed and our records indicate the make and model of your equipment
  • If you need additional supplies, just call MBM directly or complete the supply request form on our website.
  • Press the Coins button
  • Select option 3 “postal audit”
  • Approve the transaction
  • Hold down the “COPY” button or “Home” key on your Sharp touchscreen to reveal your current black and white and color counts
  • This will also show your remaining toner quantities.
