We have been working with Metroland Business Machines for 15 years and their service is wonderful! We have never waited more than four hours for service unless a part needs to be ordered. The technicians go out of their way to assist us – even stopping on their way into work or on their way home to fix any problems we have, including running over with toners when we were caught short. Dan and Ed Neary are great when it comes to pricing, knowing the latest equipment, knowing how we operate and what will work best for us. And they are generous corporate citizens who support the nonprofit community.
